I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and social media unless otherwise discussed. If you do not wish for the work to be posted I will charge an additional fee to cover the loss of advertising, as this limits my ability to promote my services and attract future clients.

It is crucial that you provide me with your character models/textures ready for animation and clear instructions as to what you wish to receive.

Unless otherwise agreed all artwork is for personal use only.

I reserve the right to decline any project at my discretion.

I reserve the right to cancel any project for any reason, resulting in a full refund.

In the event of bad behaviour I have the right to cancel the commission.

You will recieve WIP's throughout the commission to make sure it is accurate to what you wish to recieve. Please use these as an opportunity to let me know if you'd like any changes.

All my work is watermarked, if you wish for an unwatermarked copy I will charge a small fee.

Minor revisions are included with the price however, major or very frequent change requests may increase the final price of the product.

I (Blammyshmoozled) retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned pieces.

The final piece will be delivered in 1920x1080 quality.

Lack of communication may result in cancellation.

For commissions which require the use of an asset which is required to be owned by both parties and I do not own, the price of the model will be added to the commission price for me to purchase said asset.

Refunds will be issued depending on how far I’ve progressed into the commission.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in project termination and disqualification from future work.
