I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and social media unless otherwise discussed. If you do not wish for the work to be posted I will charge an additional fee to cover the loss of advertising, as this limits my ability to promote my services and attract future clients. (Does not apply to YCHs)

Payment is Upfront.

It is crucial that you provide me with your character models/textures ready for animation and clear instructions as to what you wish to receive.

Unless otherwise agreed all artwork is for personal use only.

I reserve the right to decline any project at my discretion.

I reserve the right to cancel any project for any reason, resulting in a full refund.

In the event of bad behaviour I have the right to cancel the commission.

You will recieve WIP's throughout the commission to make sure it is accurate to what you wish to recieve. Please use these as an opportunity to let me know if you'd like any changes.

Depending on the scale of the commission and my irl situation I may take longer on the commission. I will make this clear to you if this comes up.

My work will improve over time as I gain experience. By commissioning me you acknowledge that future works may differ in quality or style from pieces I’ve previously created, including yours.

If you are a member of my Patreon please do not repost or share member exclusive animations. If you are found doing so you may be banned from my online communities.

All my work is watermarked, if you wish for an unwatermarked copy I will charge a small fee.

Minor revisions are included with the price however, major or very frequent change requests may increase the final price of the product.

I (Blammyshmoozled) retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned pieces.

The final piece will be delivered in 1920x1080 quality.

Lack of communication may result in cancellation.

Please ensure that all characters and anyone you commission me with are adults (18+). I will not create content involving minors or characters that appear to be under the age of 18, including childlike or youth appearing characters, even if it's just in the lore.

For commissions which require the use of an asset which is required to be owned by both parties and I do not own, the price of the model will be added to the commission price for me to purchase said asset. Please notify me if this is the case.

Refunds will be issued depending on how far I’ve progressed into the commission.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in project termination and disqualification from future work.

I will not work with you if you have a history of using AI to generate art or use it in your social media, for example profile pictures or banners. Do not use any of my work on AI, doing so will make you permanently blacklisted.

Please let me know If the piece you're commissioning me requires the use of assets that I need the ownership of, this will be added onto the final price so I can purchase said assets.

Once the project is completed I will ask if you are satisfied with the final piece, once you confirm that you are, I will leave around two weeks to keep the project files before deleting it to free up space for future work.
